The Customer can cancel or change the reservation up to 15 days in advance by means of rescheduling time and/or date or get a refund. After this, VR GameZone reserves the right to charge the reserved number of Participants. In the event of cancellation within 15 days, the reservation will not be reimbursed to the Customer.
The management has put all efforts to keep all activities and attractions operational; however it is possible that some of the activities may not be fully operational due to technical or safely reasons. In such cases customer can adjust the value of amount to play a different game or can avail refund which will take 10-12 days.
